* Clean outdoor condenser coil.
*Remove debris from unit.
* Check operating pressure and refrigerant charge.
* Check contactor check amperages.
* Lubricate all moving parts per mfg. specs, if applicable.
* Check all operating and safety controls.
* Test pressure switches.
*Check wiring.
* Check filter.
*Check condensate drain.
* Inspect start/run capacitor and relays.
* Check smoke detectors.
* Provide customer with report and photos and make recommendations if needed.
Heating -Fall
*Clean and adjust pilot.
* Lubricate motors, if applicable

* Check furnace disconnect.

* Check carbon monoxide level.
* Check vent pipe.
* Check for proper combustion air.
